As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This isn't just about drawing parts; it’s about owning the physical soul of our products - from the first sketch to the final delivery.

What you´ll do

• Full-cycle design: Own the mechanical engineering of our modular solutions from concept to delivery.

• Thermal & Structural expertise: Run airflow and cooling analyses for the devices and optimise assemblies for various conditions.

• Prototyping & Analysis: Use your expertise in structural analysis and FEA to ensure our hardware is built to last.

• Design for Manufacturing: Turn great ideas into cost-effective, manufacturable products.

What we’re looking for

• The experience: 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with deep knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and SolidWorks (or similar CAD).

• Technical depth: Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, welding processes, and material selection.

• The builder mindset: You thrive in an environment where (almost) nothing is set in stone, but everything is possible. You enjoy the "Lego" aspect of figuring out how pieces fit together perfectly.

• The grit: A hands-on approach. You aren’t afraid to dive into the details, manage your own PDM workflows, and carry responsibility for the final build.

• Language: Fluency in English. (Finnish is not required).

Bonus points if you know your way around tolerance analysis, LCD/LED technology, or have a basic grasp of electronics and software.
